Welcome to the Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association Website!

I hope you find the Website informative and easy to navigate. It is a great place to learn more about your Association!

This year, as we celebrate our 92nd anniversary, we remain committed to realizing our potential both as REALTORS and as an Association. Our industry is constantly changing, and technology has given us more opportunities and more challenges than we could have foreseen even 10 years ago. This is an exciting time to be in this business.

As your 2012 GRRA President, I want to encourage you to embrace the change as it comes. Use it to help improve our profession by becoming more efficient and effective in serving the consumer. Most importantly, never forget that basis of our Association is always its commitment to community involvement, customer service, and the promotion of property rights. Now more than ever, the Greensboro community needs the strength and leadership of GRRA members as we work through the significant changes that come with being a World Class City of the 21st century. Your involvement in our community by volunteering and supporting its endeavors will add to our accomplishments, but more significantly, it will help the Triad Region become one of the best places to live in our country.

Thanks to our generous RPAC donors, we continue to be involved in both environmental and political issues. Your local, state and national leadership has been heavily involved in helping to raise our level of political influence at all levels, but it's an ongoing campaign. Your help is always needed, so please consider giving to RPAC this year to help us help all REALTORS® and property owners.

We continue to pride ourselves on being the area leader in providing continuing education programs to our members, and the source of real estate information for our more than 1400 members and the public at large. In this goal, our best asset is you, the GRRA member. As you increase your knowledge, you strengthen your Association, so I encourage you to make a commitment this year to go that extra mile in your professional life. Attend a Brown Bag Lunch, participate in a panel discussion, and become an expert in your field.

As we continue on our road to success we must all be committed to the excellence that this Association was built on, and show support to our very capable staff and Board Leadership by participating in the programs and events that the Association puts forth.

The Association is here to serve its members, so please feel free to contact us with any suggestion, concerns or questions. We look forward to a great and profitable 2012!
