Members

Congratulations and welcome to the Greensboro Regional Realtors® Association (GRRA)! We are glad you have chosen membership with our Association as you begin or continue your exciting career.  The GRRA offers numerous services to its members.  Check out our Video Magazine to learn more about us!

Primary Realtor Membership - To join GRRA, you must complete and submit to the Association office the GRRA Realtor® Application. The Application must be signed by you and the Broker-In-Charge (BIC). All required fees and dues along with a copy of your signed license must accompany the application to begin processing.

If you are the
BIC of your office, or you are setting up your own office, you will have to fill out the Application for Multiple Listing Service (if this is a service you wish to acquire).

All fees are listed on the last page of the REALTOR® Application. Feel free to contact the
Membership Coordinator, Megan Tasman, by telephone at 336.854.5868 or e-mail, mmoore@grra.org to review the fees and to ensure that you are paying the right amount.

Secondary Realtor® Membership is for the Realtor® who has primary membership in another location, but would like to join GRRA. To become a Secondary Realtor Member, and take advantage of the many benefits that come with your membership, you need only pay the local dues and any other service related dues.

Before deciding which type of membership will suit the needs of your business, please review the following questions to determine the necessary membership that fits you best:

Is anyone in your office currently a GRRA member? If so, what type of membership do they have?
Is my office a current member of the GRRA?
Do you currently hold a primary membership at another local association?
I am an appraiser do I need a Realtor® membership with GRRA? YES! You will need to fill out the Realtor® application.

Un-used MLS Service Fees, which are prorated at $10.00 per week, beginning the week after the notice is received, will be reimbursed. Processing of the reimbursement checks takes at least 30 days.

If there are any outstanding bills, those past due will be attached to the individual record for payment should membership reinstatement be requested. All other dues and fees will be written off and the Broker-In-Charge will no longer be responsible for those fees or dues.
